Written by Nicolai Hald

The first persons to reserve a Tesla Model X will get their new vehicle on September 29, Elon Musk confirms.

Earlier this year, Musk confirmed the model would have it’s official launch in September, and now he have confirmed it, by saying the 29th of September is the date.

Elon Musk told us, that the Model X will be more expensive than a standard Model S.

“The Model X is $5k more than an S due to greater size & body complexity”, while the “Signature Series is fully loaded, hence high price”. The Signature Series is starting from 132.000 USD, which includes the 90-kWh battery, Autopilot self-parking system, leather seats with heating/cooling settings, two flat-folding third row seats for adults, the Falcon rear doors and much more.

He also confirmed earlier this month, that their Model 3 will be introduced in March next year, but already gave us a decent price – starting at only 35.000 USD!
